Sir Thomas Shirley married France Vavasour

Hi can someone help me with this family name Shirly. I am doing a family tree for a friend of mine.
She is related to William Goodwin born 1807 married to Grace Holmes.
I am not sure if I am on the right road for her family.
The information I have found from Frances Vavasour to Mary Anne Blundell is right. The information I got for Thomas Shirley, Son of Mary and Sir Thomas Shirley, don't look right. I got he married a Catharina Ludlow? but I cant see any records. They had a son John Shirley. He had a son named William Shirley. He had a son called Joseph Shirley who married Mary Ellen Shaw? They had a daughter called Elizabeth Shirley, she married Joseph Brunt. They had a daughter called Ellen Burnt, who married John Holmes. They had a daughter called Grace Holmes, who married William Goodwin. They had a son called David Goodwin, who married Amelia Hollis.
I know the tree is right up to Elizabeth Shirley. What I cant work out is, if I am on the right line for the tree. the information I found from Elizabeth Shirley is on ancestry tree. I know is not always the right information on there.
The lady I am helping out, is rather poorly and would love to know about her family tree, she has lost all her family and have not got anyone to ask other then what she can remember herself.
